Our Foundation

In the year 2000, Eric Moore, MD, MBA, began providing medical consults for a psychiatric hospital in Central Florida, which developed his passion and expertise providing quality care for our unique population. This eventually led Doctor Moore to form Moore Medical Group in 2007.

Dr Moore graduated from Oakwood University with a bachelors degree in Biology and received his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency through the Florida Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program and received his master’s in Business Administration from Webster College. He serves as CEO and Medical Director at Moore Medical Group.

Our team of internal and family medicine providers represents decades of experience and passionate dedication to the whole person wellness of psychiatric patients. Our administrative team is comprised of experts in operations, finance, credentialing, business development, marketing and more, and are committed to serving your team’s needs.

Our Leadership

Walter V Murray

DBA PhD CPA

Dr. Murray has been providing strategic leadership in the areas of finance, accounting and strategy since 1990. His journey with Moore Medical Group and its affiliates began in 2020, first as a consultant and eventually joining the team as a minority shareholder, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. His qualifications include a DBA in Organizational Strategy Leadership and a Phd in Policy Planning & Administration from Walden University. He is a licensed CPA since 1990 and has also completed several strategy, management and leadership certifications from Harvard University and Cornell University. His focus here at Moore Medical is to ensure that strategy is developed and implemented that creates financial stability, growth and sustainability. He oversees the finance dept, RCM, business operations and strategy implementation.

Larry Wilson, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Wilson graduated from the Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1992. He has over 20 years of experience treating patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He specializes in treating patients in urgent care, occupational health and behavioral health care. Apart from patient care, his passion is mentoring medical professionals. Dr. Wilson has been an adjunct professor at a number of college teaching programs and mentors many healthcare providers in clinical and professional skill development. He is an integral part of our team in supporting clinical oversight, clinical protocol development, consulting and nursing and provider education and training.

Clinical Director

Professional Nurse Educator, Psychiatric Care Provider & Director of Clinical Services at MMG/CAYA Health Dr. Grant provides clinical compliance, training and clinical leadership for Moore Medical Group and its affiliate; CAYA Health Inc.

Brandy De La Cruz

Business Office Manager

Brandy has worked for Moore Medical Group for 5 years. She oversees the credentialing process and leads billing, coding and pre-authorization processes of the revenue cycle. She began her journey into healthcare in 2009 as a Pharmacy Technician through University of Florida, certified in 2010. Brandy has also worked in hospice before coming to Moore Medical Group. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ameda University.
