Our Foundation
In the year 2000, Eric Moore, MD, MBA, began providing medical consults for a psychiatric hospital in Central Florida, which developed his passion and expertise providing quality care for our unique population. This eventually led Doctor Moore to form Moore Medical Group in 2007.
Dr Moore graduated from Oakwood University with a bachelors degree in Biology and received his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency through the Florida Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program and received his master’s in Business Administration from Webster College. He serves as CEO and Medical Director at Moore Medical Group.
Our team of internal and family medicine providers represents decades of experience and passionate dedication to the whole person wellness of psychiatric patients. Our administrative team is comprised of experts in operations, finance, credentialing, business development, marketing and more, and are committed to serving your team’s needs.

Our Leadership
Larry Wilson, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Wilson graduated from the Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1992. He has over 20 years of experience treating patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He specializes in treating patients in urgent care, occupational health and behavioral health care. Apart from patient care, his passion is mentoring medical professionals. Dr. Wilson has been an adjunct professor at a number of college teaching programs and mentors many healthcare providers in clinical and professional skill development. He is an integral part of our team in supporting clinical oversight, clinical protocol development, consulting and nursing and provider education and training.
Sharon Sibley, ARNP
Associate Clinical Director
Sharon is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the ANCC. She has over 20 years of experience in primary care nursing and has worked as a Critical Care Nurse in ICU for 10 years. She graduated from the University of Florida Nursing School in 1987. As our Associate Clinical Director, Sharon ensures that each of our providers receives innovative training on the medical treatment of psychiatric patients. She is a resource to Directors of Nursing and provides valuable insight and consultation on nursing operations and protocols. She is also our team leader in clinical education and training.
Sim Green
VP Operations
Sim Green is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, physician practice management, operations and process improvement. She has worked within tertiary care health systems, ambulatory care practices and healthcare technology data companies. Sim holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and MS/MPH degrees from New York Medical College. She completed her Administrative Residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in 1997. Sim has a passion for improving the overall healthcare experience of all patients and increasing efficiencies to reduce costs within the industry.
Alex Areces
Marketing & Business Development
Alex is a seasoned marketing and business development leader with over 20 years of experience in Fortune 100 multinationals, technology firms, medium-sized and not-for-profit businesses, domestically and internationally. Alex serves as our Director of Marketing and Business Development. Graduated in 1986 from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, he has acquired a broad range of marketing and business development skills across multiple industries including healthcare. He has a passion for helping businesses grow and for behavioral health patients.
Saundra Sankey
Senior Accountant
Saundra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakwood University. As our Senior Accountant, she oversees all accounting functions as well as payor denial management and contract relations with vendors and clients. Saundra also provides support for human resources functions as well as conducts business analysis and financial planning for the company. Saundra also has experience working as an internal auditor.
Brandy De La Cruz
Business Office Manager
Brandy has worked for Moore Medical Group for 5 years. She oversees the credentialing process and leads billing, coding and pre-authorization processes of the revenue cycle. She began her journey into healthcare in 2009 as a Pharmacy Technician through University of Florida, certified in 2010. Brandy has also worked in hospice before coming to Moore Medical Group. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ameda University.
